Translation and Proofreading Terms and Conditions of Business and Confidentiality

Confidentiality: Unless otherwise specified, you agree that the source document that you submit, along with any part of the resulting translation, may be disclosed to other translators and/or consultants directly involved in the translation of your document, and that where necessary, small sections may be posted on public translation forums in order to request help with terminology. However, all parties working on behalf of I Webb Language Services agree not to disclose any part of your document to third parties— including translators not directly involved in the project— without your express consent.

Legal indemnity: All translations provided by Isabelle Webb are performed in good faith and to an extremely high standard. However, in submitting a document for translation, you agree not to hold the translator(s) or other parties involved therein liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, for any unintentional mistake in the translation, or in any other way caused by use of the translation for any purpose. Isabelle Webb is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
